You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Requests made after the 7-day period may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact page with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including products marked as final sale, items that have been used or damaged after delivery (not due to our error), and requests submitted beyond the return window.

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other approved return cases, return shipping charges may apply.
